Wet weather in NSW forces changes

SYDNEY Jun 20 2017

Wet weather around NSW and the prospect of more has forced changes to race programs in the state.

The Murwillumbah meeting moved from Sunday to Thursday of next week has been brought forward a day because of the forecast and will be held at Ballina.

Barrier trials at Randwick were called off on Tuesday and will now be run on Friday.

Tuesday's Coffs Harbour meeting has been moved to Sunday while Thursday's races at Newcastle have been transferred from the Beaumont track to the course proper.

The Port Macquarie meeting scheduled for June 30 has been relocated to Kempsey.
