How to clear your browser cache

If you are experiencing technical issues with your Sky Racing Media Centre Subscription, the answer may be as simple as clearing your internet browser cache. Below are detailed instructions on how to do this using the four most common internet browsers.

Internet Explorer

Quit out of all programs and open Internet Explorer. On the top left hand side of the page there is a menu bar that has options such as File, Edit, View, Favourites & Tools. Select Tools > This opens a drop down menu > Select Internet Options (at the very bottom of the list). This opens a pop-up window which shows information on your Home page, Browsing History, Search, Tabs & Appearance. Under Browsing History, (make sure the box that says “Delete Browsing history on exit” is ticked) and Select Delete. (Make sure Temporary Internet Files & Cookies are ticked) then Select Delete. Then Select OK. Close Internet Explorer then open it again. And Try to log into the Sky Racing Media Centre.

 

Mozilla Firefox

Quit out of all programs and open Mozilla Firefox. On the top left hand side of the page there is a menu bar that has options such as File, Edit, View, History & Tools. Select Tools> then Select Clear Recent History. (Make sure Browsing History, Cookies, Cache & Active Logins are ticked). Select Clear Now. Close Firefox then open it again. And Try to log into the Sky Racing Media Centre.

 

Google Chrome

Quit out of all programs and open Google Chrome. On the top right hand side of the page there is a Settings icon with three horizontal lines on it – Select the Settings Icon. From the drop down menu Select Tools> then Select Clear browsing data. Alternatively you can just hold Ctrl+Shift+Delete for the same result. Close Google Chrome then open it again. And Try to log into the Sky Racing Media Centre.

 

Safari

Quit out of all programs and open Safari. On the top right hand side of the page there is a settings icon with a cog on it –Select the Settings Icon. From the drop down menu Select Reset Safari> (Make sure Remove all website data & Clear History are ticked). Select Reset. Close Safari then open it again. And Try to log into the Sky Racing Media Centre.
